Field Management

Field Operation Managers are assigned to each job to insure that customer requirements and our standards are met in the efficient completion of each project. This includes communication with the client, accurate invoicing, assurance of regulatory compliance, and effective management of onsite resources. Our Field Operations Managers have all worked their way up through the Company, averaging twenty-five years of experience in the drilling industry.

Our Operators and Rig Hands have 40-hour OSHA training, MSHA training, annual medical monitoring and are subject to random drug testing. Most have more than fifteen years experience in the industry and all of them are professionals in their own right.

The field crews and Operation Managers carry to the field the representations made by the Company, clearly understanding the need to meet or exceed client expectations. The entire Company is geared toward doing an excellent job for the client in a safe and professional manner.
